Monadnock Art Tour and BBQ with the Aston Martin Club

October 12 @ 12:00 am

This year is the 24th Annual Monadnock Art Tour featuring over 70 artisans through out the Monadnock Area. Last year many BCNH members attended. This year we are joined by the Aston Martin Club. There will be a BBQ at the home of Bill and Marilyn Ezell between 1:00 and 5:30 in Temple, NH.

Plan your own day to visit the artisans of your choice then come any time after 1:00 to the BBQ. Bill will be smoking the meats. There will be pulled pork, BBQ chicken with brats and burgers on request. Also being served will be coleslaw, green salad, potato salad as well as whatever strikes Chef Bill’s fancy. You need not bring any food unless you wish to bring some finger food. The Aston Martin Club will be providing some libations. Ramona Branch will be providing desserts. Bring your own chairs. This event is rain or shine.

Please RSVP Bill Ezell by October 5th. [email protected] or 603-654-2940. They must know how much food to provide.

Directions to the Ezell’s,
47 Mountain View Drive
Temple, NH

From the east (Nashua) – take 101 West. Turn right on Webster Highway, which is opposite Route 45 on the left.
From the west (Peterborough) – take 101 East. Turn left on Webster Highway, which is opposite Route 45 on the right.
Once on Webster, bear right. You will pass Ben’s Sugar Shack on the right, then Connolly Brothers Dairy on the left. Keep going. You will pass a road going off to the left (North Road), then shortly pass Timberdoodle Club on the right. There will be a noticeably steep downslope, Stonegate Farm Road is at the bottom on the right. Ahead on the left will be a large horse farm. The road is just before that. It’s 1.6 miles from 101.
Once on Stonegate, make an immediate left turn up our unmarked driveway. It’s gravel at the entrance, but changes to hardtop. It’s only about 100 feet from Webster, don’t go past the mailboxes on the left.
There’s parking up by the house, and if that’s full, we’ll park people in the yard or on the driveway.
If the weather’s nice, go around to the back of the house. If it’s not, the garage will be open.
NOTE that while GPS will get you to Stonegate, some show our house as far up the road. It’s not. Google Maps shows the correct location.
